As a subscriber to the Black Economic Empowerment policy, we do not discriminate against Disabled, Females and HIV positive people instead we commit ourselves to engage those sectors of our community in our services, we therefore recognize affirmative action. We also seek to work with other emerging black training providers as a lead provider, and in partnership with the FETs (Further Education Colleges), since working in isolation does not help in the meaningful development of our communities. It is for this reason why our company is a member of various National Association of Training Providers organizations that strive to improve the quality of the services that we render for our clients (training) e.g. District Municipalities, Private Sector and all Government Departments.
Job creation, which leads to economic freedom, is our priority. As we support affirmative action, undoubtedly more employment is offered to the previously disadvantaged communities. Uluntu Skills Development Centre has a staff complement of about twenty-five instructors for various courses, evidence is available when required. All these are drawn from the unemployed group.
